Our Occupational Health Services are designed to cater to both individuals and businesses, promoting a healthy workforce and community.
We offer a wide range of services:
- Comprehensive Employee Health services
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Fit for duty exams
- Hazmat and respirator clearance exams
- Immunizations
- Injury and illness management
- Pre-employment medical exams
- Routine physical exams
- Specialized physical exams, such as those for Department of Transportation (DOT), police and fire, and Coast Guard
- Worksite evaluations
Driving Directions
From I-95
- Take exit 88 (old Exit 58) to route 110 West for two miles.
- Turn right at the light onto Main Street (Cumberland Farms is on the left and Provident Bank is on the right).
- Go two blocks and turn left onto Morrill Place (just past Amesbury Middle School).
- At the top of the hill, the Amesbury Health Center and parking lot will be on the left.
From I-495
- Take exit 118 (old exit 54) to the route 150 Amesbury exit.
- At the bottom of the ramp, turn right toward Amesbury.
- At the traffic light turn right onto route 110.
- Immediately after the BP gas station, take a left onto Highland Avenue and go up the hill.
- Take the first entrance into Amesbury Health Center.
