We work with many hospitals, primary care providers, social service agencies and other organizations to provide quality treatment for patients who need addiction treatment and/or mental health services.

We accept most health insurances, as well as major credit cards, MassHealth, Medicaid and Medicare.

Office-Based Opioid Treatment

We offer medication-assisted treatment (methadone, Vivitrol® and Suboxone®) for men and women (18 and older) who are dependent on heroin or prescription opioids such as Vicodin or Fentanyl.

Our physician will assess your patient to determine which medication-assisted treatment is right for him or her.

Call each clinic for specific requirements. Some walk-in hours.

Outpatient Counseling and Medication Services

We can help your patient through periods of stress and adjustment, such as dealing with issues of aging or adolescence; parenting a newborn; going through separation or divorce: or helping children with problems at school. Also, we have the expertise to help patients to learn the skills to manage issues such as depression, anxiety, chronic mental illness, trauma, ADHD, bipolar illness and other conditions. Some of our therapists are bilingual. Call the individual location to refer your patient to the most convenient location:

Outreach Counseling for Adults and Children

We offer traditional mental health therapy for adults, youth and couples on the North Shore and in the greater Merrimack Valley.

However, instead of traveling to a mental health clinic, we send a licensed therapist to your patient or family member. Our therapists will visit patients in their homes, at school or in other appropriate community settings.

We provide short- or long-term therapy, for a variety of life situations, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse and others.

If, as part of the therapy program, we determine that medication will support our patient’s treatment, we can refer him or her to our medication clinics in Lawrence or Beverly.
