    Jimena Clogston is the office manager at our Beverly Outpatient Clinic. The Clinic provides mental health and substance use treatment services for children, teens, adults, couples, families and the community.

    As the clinic’s office manager, Jimena manages the operational aspect of the office, including many of the day-to-day tasks.

    Ginette Aquino is our Administrative Coordinator for our Haverhill In Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring Teams, In her role, Ginette supports and manages the day-to-day office functions to ensure that her department runs smoothly.

    Marlene Surun is an Administrative Coordinator for our In-home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring Program. The program works with children and families.

    1. Marlene, how long have you been at LHBS?

    This July 2018, I will have been here for six years.

    2. What's the most rewarding part of your role?

    There are many things that are rewarding. The two best aspects of my role are the people I have met and with whom I have made great connections. Also great has been the opportunity to grow in my role. Because of this, I want to pursue a master’s degree in social work.

  • 3 Questions with Nicole Murphy

    Nicole Murphy is the Office Manager in our Salem Outpatient Clinic. As office manager, Nicole directly oversees the Salem administrative team and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

    1. Nicole, how long have you been at LHBS?

    I’ve been here for four and a half years. Time flies!

    2. What's the most rewarding part of your role?

    Our clinical team has spent years in school, studying their clinical role. So for an administrative person who may not have a background in the field, I have asked questions to understand some of our clients’ presenting problems. This is truly fascinating. Each client becomes a new advocate for creating better access to mental health services, and it’s really a wonderful thing to watch develop.
